module 1. "resolve conflicts and seize opportunities"

Konflikte im beruflichen und privaten Umfeld souverän zu meistern stellt uns oft vor eine große Heraus-forderung. Lernen Sie effektives Konfliktmanagement, in dem Sie Spannungen frühzeitig erkennen, offen damit umgehen und diese konstruktiv auflösen.

 

In den Einzel- und Gruppenübungen mit Pferden werden Sie trainieren, Konfliktpotentiale in Ihrem jeweiligen Umfeld zu identifizieren und zu analysieren. Dabei werden Sie auch Ihre Grenzen erleben und dies als Chance nutzen.

 

In vertiefenden Übungen erwerben Sie wirkungsvolle Techniken für ein positives und lösungsorientiertes Verhalten beim Umgang mit Konfliktsituationen. Sie stärken damit Ihre Fähigkeit, Spannungen zu nutzen, die Zusammenarbeit zu verbessern, sich und Ihr Umfeld zu motivieren.


 

Target audience: staff members, managers and executives at all levels and sectors, artists, medical doctors, soldiers, politicians, educators, street and social workers, etc..

 

Frame: one-to-three-day (interdisciplinary) seminars in an exclusive seminar setting in idyllic landscapes with selected horses, organic food catering, and further activities in the region based on seminar length (e.g. inspirational walk in the nature, carriage rides, wine tasting, castle visits, open fires etc.)

 

We offer: detailed preliminary conversation to identify your learning goals, theoretical introduction in seminar topic and -methodology, intensive horse contact for a minimum of five hours per day, group and individual feedback (four-phase-methodology), handout, foto- and upon request  video documentation, a one-hour individual follow up coaching after six weeks.n


module 2. "mediation - the intermediary role"

The advanced seminar focuses on conflict prevention strategies, such as optimization of communicative  collaboration, usage of synergy-effects and build-up pf satisfaction experiences in interpersonal cooperation. Alongside a fundamental theoretical input participants are involved in emotional interaction scenarios using horses as a medium to emphasize key aspects of mediation woe followed by moderated group feedback discussion.

 

You will acquire knowledge and skills such as strategic planning of negotiation success, development of team-spirit oriented conflict resolution culture and enhancement of cooperation and conflict solving competences  sin your professional and possibly your personal environment. 

 

Target audience: mediators and participants from module 1 or such who have already experience in seminars using a horse based approach
